Global ChatInterChat network layer

Eligibility

Joining the network is a review process, not a random join.

Global Chat is designed for servers that want structured interoperability. The goal is to reduce moderation chaos, not increase it.

Baseline criteria

Private hubs start at 50+ members.

  • - At least one accountable server owner and one active moderation lead.
  • - Documented server rules with visible enforcement history.
  • - Agreement to the Global Chat network rules, appeals process, and periodic reviews.
  • - No unresolved patterns of spam, NSFW misuse, or unmanaged cross-server conflict.

Review flow

  1. 1. Submit a server profile and choose one or more target hubs.
  2. 2. Global Chat screens moderation maturity, niche fit, and standards compliance.
  3. 3. Approved servers enter probation before moving to fully active network membership.
  4. 4. Standards can be reviewed again at any time if incident volume or moderation quality changes.
